David Giannini
Cofounder and Executive Chairman

David is responsible for the corporate, financial and legal direction of NysnoBio. He has over 20 years of experience building enterprises that capitalize on emerging technologies, converging economies, and disruptive business models. David started his professional career at Ernst & Young, and he is a licensed member of the State Bar of California.

In 1999, David founded Core Communications to provide guest-internet solutions to hotels, and grew the company into the market leader in North America. In 2006, he sold Core to Swisscom, where he served as Chairman/Managing Director for the US business unit. In 2007, David was appointed Chief Revenue Officer of the newly formed Swisscom International Services group, responsible for directing the global sales and services organization. In 2012, David co-founded CirrusWorks, a network performance platform for internet service providers, where he is co-author of the principle patents. In 2019, he led the investment group that founded NysnoBio, and currently serves as its Executive Chairman.

David also serves on the Advisory Board of Aerwave, a software-based encryption platform for local wireless networks. He lives in Washington, DC and San Francisco, CA.
